JPEG Audit reads a JPEG photo online and tells you what it found: EXIF, IPTC and XMP metadata with the GPS position on a map, automated tamper checks with a severity-rated verdict, two independent detectors for AI-generated images, a clone check for a region duplicated inside the picture, C2PA Content Credentials verified with the reference implementation, a Street View comparison from the camera bearing, the JPEG structure (markers, quantization and Huffman tables), a perceptual hash, a comparison of two files, and an HTML or text report. Reading the file is free and needs no sign-up; the AI check and the clone check need a free account. Photos are processed in memory and never stored. Please enable JavaScript to run the analyzer.
